Our platform is designed for users aged 18 and over. We verify age through strict KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Any accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently banned, and funds forfeited according to regulatory requirements.

Financial & Subscription Terms
Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Annual plans are charged once per year, while monthly plans are charged on the 1st of each calendar month.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 14 days of request for unused services. Pro-rated refunds may apply for annual subscriptions terminated mid-cycle, minus a 5% processing fee.

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all features until that date.
